Healthy Food

No food is unhealthy. What's unhealthy is a life without movement.

Here's the truth: no food is unhealthy. If it's food, it's made of protein and/or fat and/or carbs, and there's nothing unhealthy about protein, fat or carbs.

The amount of food relative to your physical activity is what matters. If the energy in the food is more than a person burns, that person will build and store body fat.

Body fat isn't unhealthy in itself either. But our culture makes the person carrying extra body fat feel unhealthy and bad about themselves, and that person probably won't feel comfortable walking into a gym or training out on the street. So they won't.

And that is what's unhealthy. Living a physically inactive life is very unhealthy.

So: food isn't unhealthy. What's unhealthy is the way our culture makes people with some body fat feel about themselves.

Reading is good. Training is better.

Put it into practice with a plan built for you.
