Your training – your result
Training is anything you do repetitively. Its a physical fact that your body will adapt to training. That adaptation is your results. What results do you want?
Do you want a change?
Do you work in a office in front of a computer from nine to five repetitively? Do you spend the rest of your time in a sofa with your phone, Ipad or laptop repetitively? Then that´s your training. The result will be that your body will adapt and get good at sitting by shutting down your muscle function. Are you happy with that? Then I´m happy for you. Do you want something else? Then you need to do something else. I can show you what to do and how to do it.
To get something you’ve never had,
you must be willing to do something you’ve never done.

Are you repetitively eating and drinking high calorie dense food and drinks which contains more energy than you burn? Then that´s your training.

Training fuel
You have to dedicate time to weight training to get in good shape. To do that your body needs fuel. You have to know what to eat to give your body the right fuel to work out. I can give you that knowledge.
Building muscle
If you dedicate time to weight training, your body wants to build muscles. To build muscles your body needs the building material. You have to know what to eat to give your body that. I can give you that knowledge.
Gain and burn
Do you want to burn body fat and at the same time keep your muscles or even gain more muscles? Then it starts to get complicated. Knowledge, education and experience is crucial and important. I have that knowledge, education and experience and can guide you.
