What is the difference between working out and training.
Why aren’t you making gains even though you watch your diet and work out hard. What’s the secret? Why do some people make gains while others don’t? Its all about this ; Have and Follow a Plan. Each and every time you make a meal or step into the gym, do you have a plan? Are you considering your goal for that meal or for that training session and know what it is you’re going to do to achieve that goal? Are you trying to bulk and gain muscle? Are you trying to maintain or cut? If you do have a plan, how disciplined are you about sticking to it? Lots of people work out hard. Lots of people eat clean. Lots of people do both. But without a plan for what you’re trying to achieve, the result will not come.
Define your goals. Realize how to achieve them. Make up your the plan how to do it. Stick to the plan.
To get something you’ve never had,
you must be willing to do something you’ve never done.
Determination is the greatest talent.
Excuses are for people who don’t want it bad enough.
Start by doing what´s necessary.
Then do what´s possible.
Suddenly you are doing the impossible.
Train, rest, eat and gain.
Then do it all over again.
